A Preparatory School year group put their 3D skills to the test as part of an academic project recently.
The Year 4 contingent at Rydal Penrhos took part in the activity with Science teacher Suzanne Wareing as part of their topic on Human Nutrition, which involved exploring the digestive system and the process surrounding it.
This culminated in a final project based on a 3D model of the digestive system, where they worked within groups to produce a creation that showed what happens all the way through the human body.
They also labelled specific part of the process to assist them with remembering parts of the digestive system
Prep School Head Alison Hind, said: “This was another hugely exciting task for our Year 4 group to get their teeth into, and they tackled the project with their usual commitment and enthusiasm.
“This has been a cornerstone of their success during the current academic year, and they are to be commended for their faultless attitude and willingness to learn each and every day.
“I would like to also offer my sincerest thanks to Mrs Wareing for coming up with such an imaginative project that really inspired creativity within each member of the group.”
