Three aspiring Preparatory School performing artists have been rewarded for their excellent recent efforts with grading success.
Charlotte Knight, Alexandra Lopez Moreno and Darcey Taylor, Year 2 pupils at Rydal Penrhos, recently sat their Primary: Modern Theatre Class Examination in Dance, with all three committing a great deal of time to their preparation ahead of their respective assessments.
The trio thoroughly impressed the Imperial Society Dance Examinations Board adjudicators throughout, with Darcey awarded a Distinction as a result of her incredible performance.
There was further cause for celebration as Alexandra and Charlotte both achieved Merits for their grading efforts, and all three will now beging working hard in the hope of securing further accolades in the future.
Each pupil received their certificates together with a generous round of applause from Prep School Head Alison Hind at Rydal Penrhos’ weekly Celebration Assembly on Friday, February 1.
Mrs Hind, said: “This is something I know that Alexandra, Charlotte and Darcey have been working very hard to achieve, and this is reflected with their superb marks to further add to their growing list of achievements.
“They are very enthusiastic individuals that are thriving and progressing each and every day under the guidance and support of our dedicated staff here at Rydal Penrhos, and their latest notable success can give all three a great source of encouragement and confidence for the challenges that lie ahead.”
