Thrill-seeking pupils are set to see out the academic year in style thanks to another wonderful excursion.
The school has arranged a European Water-Sports Tour to Tossa de Mar in Spain, which will be held from Activity Week from Sunday, July 1 until Saturday 7.
Travelling with Voyager School Travel, the trip is a tailor-made full activity tour for Rydal Penrhos to cover sailing, kayaking, coasteering and paddle boarding with an optional extra to scuba dive.
There will also be the chance to visit the stunning city of Barcelona for a cultural day, in addition to a full-day at the outstanding Waterworld site.
The group will be staying at the Hotel Continental, which is located just 800 metres from the beach, and the trip will be led by Voyager RYA Instructors and accompanied by Rydal Penrhos staff.
Director of Sport Allen Boyd, said: “This will be a trip that our pupils will not forget in a hurry, and once again I huge thanks go to Petrina and the team for organising yet another outstanding opportunity for our pupils.
“Activity Week is always something that looked forward to by each pupil here at Rydal Penrhos, and this trip will only heighten this before they head off for their well-deserved summer break.”
The cost of the school tour includes airport transfers, flights, accommodation, insurance, food, equipment hire, coaching and trips.
There is an optional extra on the tour to take part in PADI scuba diving at an accredited centre. Various courses available from beginners to advanced, all fully insured.
