A host of Preparatory School pupils have been rewarded for their exceptional work thanks to an ongoing initiative.
As part of Rydal Penrhos’ achievement scheme, pupils across all age groups were selected for accolades in recognition of their academic and co-curricular efforts throughout the week.
The worthy recipients received their respective awards from Executive Principal John Waszek and Prep School Head Alison Hind at Rydal Penrhos’ weekly Celebration Assembly on Friday, March 29.
Reception: Phoebe Jewsbury - for her beautiful handwriting and her super aerial view picture!
Year 1: Xander Poynton - for being a kind and generous friend.
Year 2: Charlotte Knight - for her beautiful singing during music lessons.
3JW: Ifana Wynn Jones - for excellent Mental Maths skills.
4CEC: April Mills - for good communication and cooperation skills in Forest School.
5JP: Fleur Roberts - for always giving her best and being kind and helpful.
6CC: Tristan Griffiths - for his determination and bravery shown in rugby this week.
6JM: Gracie Tavernor - for her excellent presentation of work across the curriculum.
Erin Mart and Lexi-May Williams were acknowledged for their outstanding recent application in the classroom with their Pen Licences, with Finlay Brown’s incredible Elephant creation earning him the Artist of the Week Award from enthusiastic teacher Suzy Morris.
Prep School Head Alison Hind announced the Pre-Prep Class of the Week as Year 1, with Year 4 taking home the Prep Class of the Week after amassing a record-breaking 144 raffle tickets.
