A long-running classical music concert will be continuing at Rydal Penrhos Prep School throughout the upcoming academic year.
The Baby Brahms event has been designed for young children to enjoy classical music in a relaxed, baby-friendly environment, and it has proved to be a hugely popular addition to the schedule in recent months.
There is already a large number of concerts confirmed throughout the academic year, with the first scheduled for Friday, September 14 from 10am.
Two instruments will be used in separate performances, with the cello and harp taking focus during the 30-minute showcase.
Any babies that wish to get up close and personal with the musicians can do so in the soft floor area, while there will also be a chance to try mini violins during the interval.
The cost is £5 per adult with children free, and there is a limit of three children per adult.
Members of the public in addition to Prep School parents are welcome to attend.
Prep School Head Alison Hind, said: “We are delighted that the amazing Baby Brahms Concerts will be continuing here at Rydal Penrhos, and hopefully the initiative will increase further in popularity and provide a safe and fun environment for parents and children from the region to enjoy some superb musical, play and socialise.”
Anyone wishing to book their place should contact Susan Williams via email at SWilliams@rydalpenrhos.com, or by calling the Prep School reception on 01492 530381.
