A strong academic who is taking her talent on to the stage, Emily will be taking on numerous roles during the upcoming Dramatic Society production of Les Misérables.
The Middle School pupil has developed across all areas of Rydal Penrhos life since joining in Year 7 back in 2015, taking full advantage of the wealth of opportunities afforded to every pupil thanks to an exceptional academic and co-curricular programme.
Her mathematics ability saw her scoop a Bronze Award from a recent UK Maths Trust’s Junior Challenge thanks to a superb performance during the assessment, and Emily secured the same level of achievement from a prestigious National Biology Challenge to further highlight her ability within a classroom environment.
Emily also formed part of the Rydal Penrhos team that 2017 Salters’ Festival of Chemistry competition, which was held at Bangor University alongside fellow pupils Isabel Bateson, Arthur Hind and Shruthi Ganapathi, which saw them perform well during a series of testing activities.
She also received recognition with a Head’s Prize for her superb contribution to life throughout Rydal Penrhos during a recent term.
Emily will be taking part in her first ever Dramatic Society production, adding another string to her bow in what has been a hugely encouraging time at Rydal Penrhos School.
