Prospective Sixth Form pupils got the chance to see what Rydal Penrhos has to offer at a special event.
The school held its annual Sixth Form Subject Fair on Thursday, January 24, which saw a huge amount of current and prospective pupils explore their options at the newly refurbished Ferguson Centre.
During the Fair, those in attendance were able to view the vast curriculum options available to them during the final two years of their school life, in addition to speaking with tutors, Head of Sixth Form Leah Crimes and Acting Head Sally Ann Harding.
Current Sixth Formers were also on hand to speak about the Rydal Penrhos experience, the support on offer and other specialist elements such as university preparation, community involvement and leadership opportunities.
Mrs Crimes, said: “It was a fantastic Sixth Form Subject Fair. I thought it had a marvellous energy and vibrancy about it, with the experience and enthusiasm of our staff team visibly demonstrated.
“All of the parents that I conversed with were very happy and impressed; we have really done ourselves proud showing the ‘best bits’ of the academic life of our school.”
Anyone that was unable to attend the Sixth Form Subject Fair can still register their interest by emailing Admissions Officer Jenny Marsden on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01492 530155 to discuss options and arrange an individual tour.
