Preparatory School pupils took part in a series of activities during the first week of their Christmas break.
As part of Rydal Penrhos’ holiday play scheme, the group were given a variety of exciting things to do throughout the week under the supervision of staff.
Among the highlights was a trip to Erddig Hall just outside Wrexham, where they were given a guided tour of the impressive grounds and found out more about the National Trust site.
There was also a chance for the pupils to create some interesting festive creations as part of a special Christmas woodland craft day held at the Forest School.
They finished off their busy week with a Christmas party, which featured plenty of dancing and a host of games to send them off into the break with plenty of festive cheer.
Deputy Head Alison Hind, said: “This was a great way for some of our pupils to get a little something extra before their Christmas break, and they always get the very most out of their Playscheme experience thanks to the hard work and planning of our dedicated staff here at Rydal Penrhos.
“It was an extremely busy time at the Prep School in the lead-up to the break, and all pupils and staff showed that their energy has no bounds which was absolutely brilliant to see.”
