A number of year groups at Rydal Penrhos were presented with the opportunity to explore their further education and employment options at a special event.
The school held its annual Careers Fair on Friday, March 8, which was open to both Sixth Form and Middle School pupils.
There was a strong presence of further education options available to talk to in the form of Aberystwyth and Cardiff Universities, while many other professions that attended including engineering, event management, accountancy and medicine.
An Armed Forces representative was also in attendance for anyone wishing to go down that career route upon completion of their studies, and aspiring lawyers also got the opportunity to find out more about avenues into the profession.
The event was set up to give pupils a better understanding of their choices and what it takes to find work in the current climate.
Senior School Head Sally Ann Harding, said: “Our annual Careers Fair has proven to be an invaluable experience for our older pupils in recent years, and it gave them plenty of information regarding employment paths and further education possibilities.
“This upcoming decision-making process will have a huge impact on their prospects going forward, and our staff do an incredible job of giving them the best possible platform from which to build a successful and profitable career.
“This is something that becomes more and more influential with every passing day of their respective journeys, and I would like to thanks everyone that came along to support our pupils and lend their exceptional expertise.”
