Early Years pupils at a Rydal Penrhos turned into astronauts for the day to mark the end of their Space topic.
The Preparatory School group held a special Space Day on Thursday, February 8, where they came in fancy dress and even made their very own space helmets for the occasion.
There were a host of fantastic designs from the creative group, which were judged by staff and the winners will be announced at a later date.
The children also got the chance to enjoy some space-themed treats, which were kindly made or donated by parents.
The day concluded with a Space party, where the group danced the morning away under the supervision of Early Years staff.
Deputy Head Alison Hind, said: “Our Early Years class worked tremendously hard during their space topic, and it was great to see them having so much fun at its conclusion.
“They were all very keen to learn about our universe and the wonderful things that lie within it, and our Early Years staff do a fabulous job of finding ways to make learning as fun as possible.
“Everyone looked fabulous in their self-made space helmets, and all embraced the Space day which was also very pleasing.”
