A Preparatory School pupil has achieved further accolades as part of her work with a regional organisation.
Chloe Tillman-Lennon, a Year 6 pupil at Rydal Penrhos, has been developing various skills as part of the Sea Cadets programme, which improves elements of character such as confidence, ability to lead, listening, support and feeling at ease speaking in front of a crowd.
Her application during the group has seen the 11-year-old secure two more coveted badges thanks to her sterling commitment to the cause, and Chloe received her latest awards from a recent meeting held by the group.
This is the latest in a series of achievements for the pupil, who continues to make the most of every opportunity afforded to her both as part of Rydal Penrhos’ thriving academic and co-curricular provision and during activities outside of school hours.
Prep School Head Alison Hind, said: “Chloe continues to work incredibly hard as part of the Sea Cadets programme, and she is learning vital skills that will stand her in extremely good stead in terms of her overall development.
“What Chloe is learning now will serve her well in the coming years and in later life and everyone at Rydal Penrhos is absolutely thrilled with her current progress.
“Hopefully this is a trend that can continue long into the future and I look forward to hearing about further achievements from a pupil we are very proud of.”
