A number of year groups at Rydal Penrhos will get the chance to explore their career options at a special event this week.
The school will be holding its annual Careers Fair on Friday, March 8, which will take place at newly refurbished Sixth Form Ferguson Centre.
The event is open to Middle School and Sixth Form pupils, who have been allocated times throughout the day to talk with various professionals in fields such as medicine and business, in addition to other notable industries and careers of note.
There will also be an opportunity to discuss further education opportunities and options with university representatives in attendance,
Rydal Penrhos’ Careers Fair has proved to be a hugely beneficial tool for Years 10-13 in their decision-making process, with many former pupils also lending their support to the Fair to give their own experiences at the same time of their development.
Senior School Head Sally Ann Harding, said: “It is vital that we give our young pupils all the experience and knowledge possible ahead of what is a very important stage in their lives.
“Our Careers Fair gives them plenty to think about both from a further education and job prospect perspective, and on behalf of everyone at Rydal Penrhos I would like to thank everyone that is coming along to aid our pupils.”
