Parents, pupils and staff at Rydal Penrhos will get the chance to purchase some new reading material at a Preparatory School book fair this month.
The three-day fair will took place from Monday, March 25 until Wednesday 28 at the school’s Lyndon Library.
There were a wide range of children’s books available to purchase, ranging from Early Years up to Year 6 reading standard and beyond.
The collections will feature everything from Peppa Pig to Harry Potter, and the fair has been set up in the hope of encouraging reading during the holidays.
Prep School Head Alison Hind, said: “The book fair has been a hugely successful event over the years, and it has been a great way for them to boost their reading outside of school hours and heighten their imagination in the process.
“Reading during the holiday periods and in the evening is something we highly encourage here at the Prep School, with this year’s Summer Reading Challenge having a big impact on our pupils.
“Our parents our hugely supportive of their children learning outside of school hours, and we hope that they make the most of this opportunity.”
The Book Fair will take place from 3.30pm until 5.30pm on each day.
